Our first wedding for the year was Joel and Toniele, Saturday the 7th of January, Toniele was a referral from a church that we have done several weddings at, we love when we get those, the day started with Joel and the boys at moorooka I arrived early to find them almost ready, I really enjoy those kind of shots because they are alot more relaxed before they get to the church, after some careful ironing of the shirts they suited up for some fantastic shots, Joel was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him I always re arrange the furniture to get that fantastic shot. Time to head to see my beautiful bride Toniele who was getting ready at St Lucia, met up with the girls ready to take some fantastic images , Tonieles dress was hanging up and so was the veil I knew straight away this was going to be a special shoot she knows I love the big gowns and long veils, mm I think I have started something here , after spending an hour or so with the girls I headed to Broadway chapel , Toneile arrived and the ceremony was amazing, Joels eyes lit up when he saw her come down the isle, its really one of my favorite moments, once all the formalities were done Joels grandfather stood up and gave a reading and it was just so moving , its wonderful to see the family get involved, off to the shoot we all headed to cloud land wow what a place I was just taken back by the beauty , the owner was so generous letting us have free drinks and use of the venue for our photo’s , there are so many incredible spots there I was totally spoiled for ideas, after we left there we headed to the Powerhouse for a few last shots , the day had gone so fast we all had so much fun, Mt Coot ha was the reception, cake shot done Toneile presented me with a yummy little thank you gift and a beautiful card thanking me for being part of their day.
congratulations to the both of them , heading off to figi for a honeymoon see you when you get back, guys the album is going to be incredible, please enjoy a little sneak peak of some of the images from the day.
