Now that you have booked and paid your deposit , your date is locked in, The studio will make arrangements to send you a information form which you will have to return either by email or post. Our timing plan can be either done at the studio or if its more suitable over the phone.
Two weeks before your big day your final balance is payable in full, to which at that time the Studio will book you both in for your Album plan, upon arriving back from your honeymoon, and before you both start back at work. Album plans are usually done during the week, from 10.30 am – 3pm you both must attend.Please view our album plan page to explain the procedure.
The Wedding day
Thats me refers only the best make-up artists and hairdresser’s in Brisbane, that are reliable and professional, quite simply it makes all the difference to being an amazing Thats Me bride, running on time is important to us, Your hairdresser and makeup artists should be finishing up 10 minutes before we arrive, so we can start photographing our beautiful bride getting dressed. As we are on a schedule you will need to notify your bridesmaids of their duties and responsibilities on the day, our aim is to take as many beautiful images of our couples as possible, for that to be a successful shoot, preparation is important.

- How many photos does the price or package include? ( unlimited images )
- Does the package include print enlargements? No
- Is a wedding album included in the package price? Yes package $1895.00 only not our digital package
- Can you purchase a wedding album for your parents? Yes absolutely , we have many on offer
- Are black-and-white or special effects prints included? Yes we include all image coloration’s to our photos
- Do they offer Photoshopping of images? All images are colour corrected and density and exposure adjusted
- Do they offer to put your photos online? Unfortunately no, we are not set up for that service
- Are engagement photos included? Yes all of our packages include a engagement shoot with our Studio
- Does a location shoot cost extra? We travel to Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold coast and Sunshine coast areas, outside those Yes a fee will be charged.
- Is there a backup photographer if the booked photographer falls ill? Yes most definitely Thats Me has four main photographers
- Is there a wet weather contingency for a rainy or overcast day? Depending on our location we will try and seek out a suitable venue
- Does the photographer use an assistant during the wedding? Sometimes , mainly for equipment
- Will there be a charge if the wedding runs overtime? Our coverage is normally around 6-7 hours , POA
- What are the payment terms? Pay your deposit of $250.00 to secure your date and your final balance is due two weeks before
- Will the deposit be returned if the wedding is cancelled? If the wedding is cancelled within a suitable time frame for Thats Me to book another date, ( as once your wedding is confirmed with us we don’t take another booking) Yes we will refund your deposit, if however the time frame isn’t suitable, we can transfer that amount for a gift voucher to the amount of your deposit for future photography.
- Which package you have chosen and what it includes, i.e. how many hours you have the photographer for, coverage is usually around 6 – 8 hours eg: getting married at 3pm photographer arrives at 10.30 with groom , 1 pm bride 2.30 church 6 pm reception
- how many proofs are included in your package, all of our images in our album package are presented at the album plan.
- Any additional charges for special effects and enlargements. Depending on what kind of special effects etc Yes , enlargements start from $299.00 framed.
- The cost of extra album prints and additional album sides. Additional sides are $160.00 per side ( 2 sides = 1 page)
- Reprint prices for friends and family. Yes we offer reprints starting from $25.00 for a 5 x 7 inch print
- To book our services we ask that you sign the copyright over to us in our contract so we can control the quality of images , manipulation etc and integrity , however we do include high resolution files which are of high standard print quality that you ad in your album and remaining images on CD ( low res for Facebook and email etc )
- If you have booked the digital package you will get all the high resolution images on DVD.
- Turn around time from the day you both get married and do your album plan , Design usually takes around 3 weeks, once couple have approved layouts etc the album and various products will be arrive back between 4-6 weeks.
